Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Caiman® Gloves and Primax Diamond Tool. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service for a
Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Product
that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstance. For all other
products, we will exchange it or provide you a refund, possibly pro-rated, based on your original
method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 14 days once you
receive the Return Authorization Number. Returns that do not meet these
conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Process:
Follow these steps for a prompt refund:
- Obtain
a Return Authorization Number by emailing Customer Service at info@caimanstore.com. Please include
your invoice number in the email.

- Securely
package item(s).
- Write
the Return Authorization Number on the invoice or packing list and include
it in the box.
- Please
write Return Authorization Number on outside of package as well. For your
protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping
method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
- Once
your return is received and verified, we will credit your original payment
method for the price of the item(s) usually within 15 business days of
receipt.

Required
All products being returned must have a Return Authorization
Number in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of
issuance of Return Authorization Number. Original freight charges are not
refundable. Return shipping back to us is at
customer's expense. We only ship replacement product to the Contiguous United States. If return shipping is needed outside of this area, it will be at the customers expense, regardless of return issue.
30-Day Return Period
You must request a Return Authorization number for all other products within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Securely package items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Closeout Product
Due to substantial price discounts offered on closeout items, we
cannot offer the normal warranty policy offered on in-stock, non-closeout,
products. When you receive your closeout item, PLEASE LOOK IT OVER CAREFULLY.
Make sure it fits you or your tools, and that all parts on the item meet
your expectations. If not, return the item in an unused condition as per the return process stated above.
