Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Caiman® Gloves. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Product that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within 30 days once you receive the Return Authorization Number. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process:

Follow these steps for a prompt refund:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing Customer Service at info@caimanstore.com.  Please include your invoice number in the email.  Also, please answer the following questions… 

·         What is the reason for the return?  (Defective, Incorrect product or size shipped or ordered, Other – If other, please specify reason

·         Are you requesting a refund or exchange?  (If size exchange, please specify size requested)

·         If you ordered multiple quantities or items, which items and how many are you requesting to be returned?

  1. Securely package item(s).
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the invoice or packing list and include it in the box.
  3. Please write Return Authorization Number on outside of package as well. For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.
  4. Once your return is received and verified, we will credit your original payment method for the price of the item(s) usually within 15 business days of receipt.

Return Authorization (RA) Number Required

All products being returned must have a Return Authorization Number in order for a prompt refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of issuance of Return Authorization Number. Original freight charges are not refundable.  Shipping back to us is at your expense.
