(PMT) and/or manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the products proven to be defective provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated policy of the manufacturer. PMT and/or manufacturers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product.

Before using any Caiman® product, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

PMT reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility of warranty. PMT reserves the right to replace, repair, or offer credit if deemed qualified. Defective products must be sent to PMT, freight prepaid, with RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number by call customer service at 1-888-PRIMAX-1 or by email to info@caimangloves.com.
